About me:

Background

Jason was raised in Honolulu, Hawaii in the Manoa, Nuuanu, and Kailua areas.  His education background includes Punahou School and the University of Pennsylvania where he majored in Computer and Telecommunications Engineering.

Real Estate Experience

Jason has been a fulltime realtor for 7 years.  In that time he has earned the highest residential real estate designation, certified residential specialist (CRS), by taking the required courses, passing the exams, and fulfilling the production sales volume and transaction volume.  Nationally only 3% of realtors have earned this designation.  Jason recently passed his Broker exam to earn his Realtor broker designation.

Jason specializes in assisting first time home Buyers, investors, and is not afraid to work with the challenges of short sales and bank owned REO properties.

Non Real Estate Experience 

Jason worked as a Business Analyst Consultant for a software company Synygy Inc.  At Synygy, he was promoted and recognized for his attention to detail, project planning, and exceeding client expectations as a Team Leader.  Jason is committed to providing outstanding client service, thorough market analysis, and helping his clients make informed real estate decisions.

Personal

Outside of real estate, Jason enjoys financial investment, stocks, poker, fantasy sports, basketball, and weightlifting.  He is an avid hiker and co-founded the hiking group “808 Ridgewalkers”.  Jason can be found distance running with Team Jet and Tuesday night beer runs with RunnersHI.
